Groundball Mechanics

Service Description

Players will learn the fundamentals of fielding ground balls with proper body position, glove placement, footwork, and field-to-throw transitions. We emphasize developing consistent habits that help athletes field the ball confidently and safely. Drills will focus on improving reaction time, staying athletic through the play, and building defensive confidence. Players will leave with techniques they can continue practicing at home.
