Inside & Outside Pitches

Service Description

Athletes will learn how to recognize and adjust to pitches on different parts of the plate. They will practice where to contact inside and outside pitches and how their swing path changes based on pitch location. This helps players become more controlled hitters instead of swinging the same way at every pitch.
