Service Description

Playing catch is one of the most important skill-building activities in softball and serves as the foundation for throwing and receiving. Players will learn proper grip, throwing mechanics, glove positioning, and communication with a partner. This session emphasizes consistency, accuracy, and confidence while helping athletes develop stronger throwing habits. Parents will receive simple ideas to reinforce these skills outside of training.
