Service Description

This session teaches players how to confidently catch balls hit into the air. Athletes will work on body positioning, communication, glove control, and learning to move efficiently to the ball. Drills will help reduce hesitation while building confidence and awareness on defense. Players will gain skills that translate directly into game situations.
